Get your body moving and keep your energy levels up so you can take in all that the IABC World Conference has to offer! We know that multi-day conferences can be long, so jump start your day with a sunrise yoga session.
Your guide will be Kirsten Peterson (RYT-200), a registered yoga instructor from Washington, D.C., who teaches various levels. Her classes focus on guiding breathing and mind-focusing movements to build strength and flexibility. You can expect to be guided through sun salutations, hip openers, heart-opening back bends and twists to help wake the body. The class is from 6-7 a.m. (see schedule) and will begin with guided breathing and end with a 5-7 minute savasana. Bring your yoga mat or a towel, and join us for this all-levels class.
