Presenter / Sonia Fiorenza leads communications and engagement strategies for SocialChorus, an employee communications platform for complex, distributed workforces. She works with world-class Communications, Marketing and HR teams at some of the top brands globally to win the battle for employee attention and deliver the news and information they need to thrive.

Sonia has more than 20 years experience in Corporate Communications at Fortune 500 companies across the financial services, biotechnology and retail industries. She’s passionate about internal communications and employee engagement.

Presenter / Steve Harrington leads the Extreme Networks global marketing team and is responsible for branding, lead generation, PR/AR, field and channel marketing, marketing communications and overall corporate communications. Prior to Extreme Networks, Steve led marketing for over twelve various technology start-ups, where he thrived on building teams, launching companies and products in to a very competitive market. Steve began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation where he held several marketing management roles within corporate marketing and the field organization. Presenter / Nolan Carleton leads AT&T’s internal social engagement team, which focuses on next generation communication tactics and techniques to better engage all employees. Among other programs, her team most notably runs the AT&T Social Circle employee advocacy program, produces the Life at AT&T podcast and the award winning AT&T employee newscasts. Nolan is passionate about employee engagement, data-driven decision making and developing thought leaders who will humanize the AT&T brand.

Nolan joined AT&T in 2014. She has a background in strategic communications, Lean Six Sigma and organizational change. Nolan has a bachelor’s degree in communication management from the University of Denver.

Presenter / Daisy Chan is Senior Director of Enterprise Communications at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, overseeing internal and external stakeholder communications, the website and My Horizon, the Company’s employee communications app. She manages a team of 40 communications, multimedia, and design professionals responsible for delivering high impact communications to stakeholders including the company’s 3.8 million members, networks of doctors and hospitals, group clients, brokers, employees and the public.
