Presenter / Celine Richter, CMP / Canada is a senior associate at the Centre for Crisis and Risk Communications, an internationally certified Communication Management Professional and a leadership communication coach. Richter graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. (Hons) in communication from the University of Ottawa, specializing in media and culture. She has over two decades of experience at several of Canada’s most trusted brands, including Covenant Health Canada and the Alberta Motor Association. She is a long-standing member of the IABC blue ribbon panel for Gold Quill awards and a former board member at IABC Edmonton and IABC Canada West Region.

Presenter / Jeff Angel / Canada is principal of the Centre for Crisis and Risk Communication in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and an internationally recognized communication executive and leadership communication coach. Angel served as Senior Vice President of British Airways, North America where he was responsible for the North American crisis response to the crash of the Concorde and its subsequent re-launch. He has also worked with WestJet, Canadian Airlines, Trans Canada, Enbridge, Shell, 3M, the Edmonton Oilers and various levels of government around the world. Angel graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
