How Communication Drives Inclusion
For nearly 20 years, Chris Lentz has helped organizations tell their stories. Chris currently works with higher education institutions to develop and lead intercultural communication workshops. He also serves Princeton University as Director of Customer Experience, developing strategies and tactics to ensure departments deliver consistent and high levels of service to the campus community. For nine years, Chris served on the board of directors for the Philadelphia chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators—two years as president, during which time he led the chapter to its first marketing management award.
