I am committed to supporting employees at U.S. Bank in ethical decision-making by delivering effective training and resources. I am passionate about communicating with empathy and an eye toward the human side of work. My career journey is one of continuous learning. In previous roles, I've served as a financial analyst and held multiple roles in assurance, risk, and compliance. I hold a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul and am a certified fraud examiner. My interest in the law and anti-fraud practices evolved from an appreciation of the individual stories described in case law and a desire to better understand individual decision-making. I live in Blaine, Minnesota with my husband, daughter, and son.
