Presenter / Daniel Munslow / South Africa is the owner and founder of MCC Consulting. He is also a former director on the IABC’s international executive board and served a two-year term as the IABC Africa regional chairperson. He currently sits on the Global Communication Report advisory panel. Munslow has 16 years’ experience in business communication; and has worked across multiple industries in numerous African countries as well as in the Middle East, the US, Europe, and AsiaPacific. He specializes in strategic reputation management, crisis communication, research, and skills development for practitioners and business leaders for a global client base. He has worked in banking, financial services, energy, aviation, retail, ICT, motoring, media, higher education, telecommunications, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and for the United Nations. Munslow has developed and implemented communication and reputation management strategies by partnering with key decision makers and adopting a participatory approach to stakeholder management, coaching business leaders as a strategic adviser.
