Stacy Wilson, ABC, is president of Eloquor Consulting, Inc., in Colorado. She uses her nearly 30 years of internal communication experience to help companies communicate better with employees. She specializes in leveraging digital workplace investments for business results, assisting with strategy, governance, usability, content and adoption. She is accredited by the International Association of Business Communicators, and is a former international board member, district director and region conference chair. She is a frequent speaker and author.
Panelist / Nancy Higgins / VP & Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer /Bechtel / U.S.
Nancy Higgins is the chief ethics & compliance officer for Bechtel Group Inc., one of the world’s premier engineering, construction and project management companies. In this role, she manages the company’s global ethics and compliance program. Prior to joining Bechtel, she was executive vice president & chief ethics officer at MCI, and headed the compliance and ethics programs at Lockheed Martin and Boeing. Before that, she managed complex litigation for Boeing and practiced law at Lane, Powell in Seattle and Skadden, Arps in New York. Higgins received the Carol R. Marshall Award for Innovation in Corporate Ethics in 2015.

Colleen Moorehead is chief client officer at Osler, responsible for implementing Osler’s client-focused business development strategy. She has had a long, successful career in the financial services industry that spans over 20 years. She began her career at Merrill Lynch and CIBC. Moorehead was a co-founder and president of E*TRADE Canada—building the firm from its pioneering roots as an e-commerce start-up to its position as the largest independent online investment firm in Canada. Throughout her career there is an underlying thesis: The only way to build great, sustainable businesses is to keep a laser focus on talent and customers.

River Ho Rathore is chief performance and development officer for Sinar Mas Communications & Technology, one of Indonesia’s largest integrated ICT groups. For over 17 years, River has set up best HR practices within the hospitality, banking, media and ICT industries in Southeast and South Asia.
