Virtual World Conference

IABC has partnered with INXPO to bring the World Conference to you in virtual form. The virtual event includes two days from the conference, consisting of a total of five break out sessions. You can buy two sessions on Monday at $200, three sessions on Tuesday for $300 or all five for for $500. Plus, if you’re an IABC member you’ll get 50% off. The sessions will be available after the event for a limited time.

If you are attending the in-person event and purchase a full or standard conference package you get both days included on a complementary basis. If you purchase a day pass for Monday, you get the Monday virtual sessions with your registration. If you purchase a day pass for Tuesday, you get the Tuesday sessions with your registration.

Registration confirmation

If you register online, you will receive an email confirmation immediately once you have completed your registration. If you mail or fax your registration, you will receive an email confirmation within two weeks, once payment has been processed. Please include your email address with mailed or faxed form to complete your registration and to expedite receiving your registration confirmation. If you need an invoice, please request one by emailing us. Invoices will be sent to you by email. You will not be registered until payment is received in full.



Your IABC conference badge must be worn for admittance to all keynotes, sessions, the exhibit hal and non-ticketed events. Every person must have his/her own badge; sharing of badges is not permitted.


Corporate Member

Corporate members will receive a 10 percent discount for World Conference registrations. You must belong to an active corporate (group) membership to qualify. Discounts cannot be combined.


Only full-time educators (faculty) and students who are IABC members can register at the educator/student rate (10 percent discount) for the Standard Conference package, which includes one Welcome Reception ticket and all general and break-out sessions and excludes extra-fee events. For students, please go through the registration process and identify yourself as a student. For educators, please e-mail a PDF copy of a valid full-time staff ID to get your discount code.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations can be made by made online or by mail. If we receive your cancellation before 25 May 2017, you’ll receive a refund, less a 10 percent handling fee. Credit card payments must be refunded to the card originally used to pay the registration. If we receive your cancellation between 25 May 2017 and 11 June 2017, you’ll receive a credit, less a 20 percent handling fee, toward a future IABC headquarters-hosted conference. Registered attendees who cancel after 11 June 2017 or who do not attend will be charged the full registration fee with no refund or credit.

There are no refunds for special event tickets (additional Welcome Reception tickets and Excellence Awards Gala tickets) and/or pre-conference events.


If you’re unable to attend the conference after registering, you may send someone in your place. Substitutions may be made before 25 May 2017, with written confirmation from the person registered. If you are an IABC member and your replacement is a non-member, that person must pay any outstanding balance as a result of the difference in fees.
