As CEO of Artis Advisory and co-founder of The Alignment People and Clear Leaders, she coaches, advises and facilitates C-suite and senior teams through change and complexity – turning competing priorities into clear decisions, stronger cohesion and coordinated action.
Over three decades spanning executive leadership, advisory, consulting and strategic communication, Zora has partnered with major organisations across the public and private sectors to connect purpose, culture, strategy and performance. Together with Wayne Aspland, Zora has recently completed their third global research study on strategic alignment and leadership.
Zora is a long-standing leader in IABC, a certified ICF coach, board director, marketing practitioner and strategic communication management professional. She is a Fellow of IABC, the Australian Marketing Institute and Team Flow Institute. Zora is a multiple Gold Quill award recipient and a Blue Ribbon Panel evaluator.
