Communication can shape culture
With experience in both senior ‘in house’ and consultancy/agency roles, today Howard leads employee experience for the Clean Air sector of Johnson Matthey. Previously working in communications leadership roles at global giants GSK and EY. Howard has long been passionate about the critical importance of listening for communicators, and by definition for the organisation. Together with colleagues Mike Pounsford and Kevin Ruck, Howard has published three reports on Listening in Communications, speaking at the last two IABC World Conferences on the topic, last year’s (2021) session being one of the best attended.
