Marlaena Mann

Marlaena is a strategic communication and public relations leader with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations strengthen relationships, navigate change, and create meaningful impact.
Her work spans communication, leadership development, wellness, and social impact. She has led communication for a large Indigenous wellness organization, developed culturally grounded programs and services, and collaborated with Elders and Knowledge Holders to create an award winning reconciliation education and training program that fosters understanding and positive change.
Marlaena holds a Master's in educational leadership from Simon Fraser University, is an ICF-certified professional coach, and has completed studies in Indigenous Governance through the University of Arizona. She is passionate about using communication to build trust, strengthen communities, and advance meaningful outcomes.
