Jefferson is not your typical keynote. He’s a Black, queer, award-winning communications executive who turned career roadblocks into rocket fuel. After hitting a glass ceiling in Canada’s PR industry, Jefferson launched Breakfast Culture, a purpose-driven consultancy fusing marketing, DEI, and culture change. He has personally led transformational change addressing racial equity in the PR & Communications industries. In 2020, he convinced IABC, CPRS, and the Canadian Council of PR Firms to collaborate on the first ever industry-wide survey around discrimination. In 2025 he brought the US-based One Club for Creativity’s Where Are All the People of Colour to Canada.
