Rachel is a manager in Grant Thornton’s Business Change Enablement team, where she consults dynamic companies across a broad range of industries on how to handle the 'people side of the change' through organizational, process, and technology transformation. As a change management consultant, her experience includes managing communications, training, leadership alignment, and stakeholder engagement. Rachel has experience in business process reengineering, including organizational impact analysis, and technology transformations. Outside of her client work, Rachel leads Grant Thornton’s Advisory Women program and Women and Allies Business Resource Group. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Temple University.
