How Communication Can Inspire A Purpose- and Values-Driven Culture
As one of Vontier’s first corporate hires, Sabrina played a leadership role in a wide range of foundational initiatives including articulating Vontier’s purpose, values, and vision; establishing robust inclusion, diversity & equity (ID&E) and culture programs; and championing the Vontier V-Core leadership behaviors. She leads the strategy and execution of Vontier's global communications in a dynamic, high-stakes environment, leads the day-to-day activation of the company’s purpose and values with clear, cohesive internal and external communications, ensures an inclusive culture by showcasing employee accomplishments and incorporating team voices at every opportunity.
Sabrina joined Vontier from Tektronix where she was the Senior Director of Communications & Engagement responsible for strategic communications and engagement globally. She led Tek’s global communications and engagement initiatives in roles of increasing responsibility, including developing Tek’s internal brand, Great Place to Work global cultural framework, and Growth Accelerator projects with global employee impact. Her passion, enthusiasm, and experimentation mindset have driven global impact across Tek and Fortive, including her championship of the Women in Technology movement.
In her free time, Sabrina enjoys boxing 8 rounds with a 100-pound heavy bag and being an accidental elephant collector. Sabrina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Muskingum University. Sabrina resides in the Cleveland area.
