Your registration confirmation email is sent once registration has been completed. Please contact
registration@iabc.com to resend your confirmation email.
If I'm not currently an IABC member, are there any offers I can take advantage of for IABC World Conference 2023 and/or an IABC membership?
Are you interested in attending World Conference 2023, but aren't yet an IABC member? Never fear! In addition to attending this year's event, your registration includes IABC membership from 1 July 2023 through 31 December 2024. You can take advantage of all benefits IABC offers its members. What if I want to transfer my registration to a co-worker?
If you cannot attend World Conference, you may substitute another person from your company without a fee. All requests for substitutions must be made via email to
registration@iabc.com.

What should I pack?
The dress code for World Conference is Business Casual. That includes anything that makes you feel professional and comfortable as you move from Spotlight Sessions to interactive workshops to receptions and more! Make sure to pack appropriately for Toronto weather and temperatures in June. We encourage you to bring a jacket while at the conference. View the
