NOTE: Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel cutoff date is now extended to 11 June, or whenever rooms sell out — whichever occurs first. Hotel rooms are for registered attendees only.
Reservations can also be made by calling in toll-free at 1-888-627-8559 and quoting the group code ‘IAW’.
Cancellation Policy: Hotel requires all reservations to be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. Should a Guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund the deposit, provided notice of cancellation is given 72 hours prior to arrival.
