Get the most out of the IABC World Conference 2025 mobile experience
How do I log into the app?
To log in, use the same email address you used to register for the conference.
- Enter your registration email.
- You’ll be prompted to set a password if it’s your first time logging in.
- From then on, you can log in quickly using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email.
Tip: Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email right away.
How do I update my contact information?
Keeping your profile up to date helps other attendees connect with you.

Tap the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the home screen.

Select “Edit Profile.”

Review and update your contact details, including your name, organization, job title, and bio.

Save your changes — your updated info will be visible to other attendees in the attendee tab of the app.
How can I connect with other attendees or speakers?
Networking is a key part of the World Conference experience and the app makes it easy to connect with other attendees and speakers.

Tap the "Attendees" icon on the homepage or from the navigation bar which can be accessed by clicking in the top left-hand corner of your app.

Search attendees by name, company, or job title.

Tap an attendee’s name to view their profile.

Click "Send Message" to start a conversation.

Want more face time? Click "Schedule a Meeting" to propose a time to connect.
🎤 Connect With Speakers

Tap the "Speakers" icon on the homepage or from the navigation bar.

Browse or search for a speaker you’d like to learn more about.

Click their name to view their profile.

Just like with attendees, you can tap "Send Message" or "Schedule a Meeting" right from their profile.
Tip: Make sure your own profile is updated so others can easily find and connect with you, too!
How do I build my personal schedule?
Take control of your conference experience by building a personalized agenda tailored to your professional goals.

Tap the “Agenda” icon on the homepage or from the navigation bar.

Browse through the full list of available sessions.

When you find a session that interests you, simply tap the calendar icon on the right-hand side of the session.

That session is now added to your personal schedule — easy as that!
To learn more about any session, just tap the session title to view a full description, including time, location, and speaker information.
Once you’ve built out your schedule, you can view it in two places:

On the homepage under “Your Schedule”

Or by tapping your profile icon in the top right corner, then selecting “Your Agenda”
What are Career Levels and how do I use them to personalize my agenda?
No matter where you are in your professional journey, the World Conference agenda is designed to meet you there. The Career Level filter helps you quickly find sessions that align with your current role and where you want to go next.
Here’s how each level breaks down:

Foundation: Just getting started? Discover core skills, guided insights, and practical takeaways to launch your communications career with confidence.

Generalist / Specialist: Build credibility, lead projects, and deepen your craft with sessions tailored to sharpen your expertise or expand your strategic perspective.

In the Agenda tab, tap “Export Calendar” to send your personalized schedule directly to your personal device’s calendar so you never miss a session.

Finding your next session or event is easy with the app’s Maps feature.
