Group and Corporate Registration 

Group registration saves 20% for registrations of five or more people from one organization. Group registration applies to members*** and non-members and is for full conference registration rates only. Please contact registration@iabc.com to secure your group rate.

IABC Corporate Members will also automatically receive a discounted registration rate for World Conference 2026.

***Discount excludes Corporate, Student, Retired and Lite membership tiers.

IABC will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $125, for any cancellations received in writing on or before 16 May 2026.  Cancellations should be directed to registration@iabc.com. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from IABC on or before the cancellation deadline.  All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date to the original form of payment. After 16 May 2026, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at registration@iabc.com. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.

If circumstances beyond IABC’s control require World Conference 2026 to be cancelled, shortened, delayed, rescheduled, or otherwise altered (“Show Adjustment”), the Participant understands and agrees that IABC will apply any registration fees paid to the same event in the following calendar year or to another IABC product, including membership dues, within that year. Further, the Participant understands that any losses or damages incurred as a result of a Show Adjustment or cancellation are the Participant’s sole responsibility and not that of IABC or its directors, officers, employees, agents, or subcontractors. Except as otherwise provided for above, Participant understands that it may lose all monies it has otherwise incurred for IABC, including travel, lodging, etc.
