We’re excited to announce that Charlotte Otter will deliver a keynote at the Heads of Communication SIG Breakfast Sunday 8 June 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver.

Charlotte is the former VP of Communications at SAP and  author. Her first business book, We Need New Leaders, will be published in June 2025.

With over 20 years of experience including leading global communications teams, advising C-suite leaders and building high-performing comms functions she’s built a reputation as a bold, strategic voice in leadership and communication.

As well as hearing from Charlotte Otter we’ve got a fantastic panel of senior communicators from across the regions, who will be sharing their thoughts on the current issues facing communicators.   The breakfast will include interactive roundtable discussions on the big issues shaping our profession today: trust, reputation, and leadership.
