Change Management SIG: Bring the Work You Can’t Solve Alone
14 June | 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. ET
Before the IABC World Conference begins in full swing, we’re creating a space for communication and change professionals to work through the challenges that don’t have clear answers (yet).
In an age where content is readily available, the value of being in the room has shifted. People now seek opportunities to think things through with others, test concepts, and engage in conversations that advance their work. This is particularly true in change, where work is often evolving and doesn’t follow a straightforward path.
This session is designed to give you that opportunity. You’re invited to bring a live challenge, question, or situation you’re working through, or come ready to contribute to others. Together, we will shape the agenda by choosing topics that resonate most with the group and explore them in facilitated rounds that create space for everyone to participate.
Expect a dynamic, creative conversation filled with new ideas to add to your toolkit.
This unconference-style session will be co-facilitated by Zora Artis, IABC Fellow, SCMP, GAICD; Mel Loy, SCMP; and Bonnie Caver, IABC Fellow, SCMP, FCSCE, with a focus on practical, grounded exchange shaped by experience and shared insight.

- A network you can continue to draw on. Connections with people you can return to as your work evolves beyond the session.
