Andrew Melville

Connecting via technology to address Covid, climate change and conflict: lessons from the indigenous peoples of New Zealand and the Pacific

Andrew facilitates human-centred, inclusive leadership development. His background spans radio journalism, university lecturing in communications, mentoring and workshopping,  mahi (work) with Māori and Pacific communities, and roles in governance, management, and community work. 

Of English and Scottish descent, Andrew has a Master of Communication Studies, and is the author of “The Weave, The Surprising Unity Found in Difference” exploring the models, metaphors and stories that can empower diverse people and inclusive thinking. Alongside leadership development, he teaches breath, meditation and yoga programmes.
